Zlatan Ibile, a popular street pop artist, has announced his first free concert of 2026, titled ‘Homecoming.’

Nigerian street pop artist Zlatan will be returning to his alma mater, MAPOLY on July 1st to host a free concert for students and unveil a brand-new music studio designed to foster the development of the next generation of creative talents.

A large crowd of students, staff and fans gathered to welcome the award-winning artist back to the institution where he once studied at his surprise homecoming.

Zlatan is expected to deliver an energetic performance, featuring some of his biggest hits and may possibly be joined by guest artists on July 1st 2026.

The rapper announced the establishment of a fully equipped music studio on campus, in addition to the entertainment.

The facility is expected to provide aspiring musicians, producers, and content creators with access to professional recording equipment, thereby enabling them to develop their talents without the financial barriers that frequently hinder young creatives.
